1. The annual General Membership meeting will take place on March 29. At this meeting, the school’s financial report will be presented. New board members will also be elected. 2. The most important fund-raising activity for our school is the yearbook sponsorship. The yearbook is published every year, with photos of all the language and culture classes as well as those of the various activities in UCS. We seek for sponsors who are interested to put advertisements in the yearbook. In order to make it a success, we need the help of every member of UCS in seeking for sponsors. They can be your employers, the places where your children go for afterschool activities, or even your doctors, dentists, lawyers, etc. Please find attached the sponsorship form. Bring it to any potential sponsors to support UCS! Thanks.

學校最重要的籌款活動,是年刊的廣告支持.年刊每年發行一次,內含語文課和文化課以及其他活動的照片.為此我們尋找有興趣支持年刊登廣告的廠商.為達此目的,我們需要大家的協助,尋找贊助商.他們可以是你的雇主,你的小孩課外活動的老師,或甚至是你的家庭醫生,牙醫師,或是律師等等.請於附錄文件中,尋找廣告贊助單,並帶去給可能的贊助商,來支持學校! 謝謝!
