新州美華防癌協會將在十月十七日（星期日）舉辦『抗乳癌健行』，為了讓華人婦女們，更深一層地了解乳癌對華人婦女家庭和社區的威脅，明白與之抗爭是一項長期的任務，故藉此大型的公開活動讓我們為與癌抗爭的勇者打氣，並且提高對乳癌的重視。『抗乳癌健行活動』是美國防癌協會全國性的活動，全程有五哩的路程。不管您是跑步、慢走、坐輪椅、騎腳踏車或者僅走完片段皆可。最重要的是我們希望看到更多新的力量、新的面孔來加入健行活動。讓我們華人社區在防治乳癌方面，爭取更多的資源和支持。為了鼓勵青少年，美華防癌協會並提供「社區服務積分」予學生，歡迎大家踴躍參與。詳情請查網站：

The American Cancer Society Asian Initiatives New Jersey cordially invites you and your family to its annual “MAKING STRIDES AGIAINST BREAST CANCER” walk, which will be held on October 17, 2010. The goal of this event is to promote the awareness of Breast Cancer and to show our love and support for our friends and families that are affected by Breast Cancer. The fundraiser is part of a nation-wide event of the American Cancer Society. Everyone is welcome to run, walk, wheelchair, or bike a total of five miles. This year, we would like to see an increased number of new participants. By joining us in the fight against breast cancer, you demonstrated your concern for this and its impact in the Asian community.
