UCS 2011 Chinese New Year Gala & Celebration

2011兔年中國新年晚會將於二月五日隆重舉行。今年晚宴由鎧悅餐廳為我們提供精美佳餚，敬請大家踴躍支持參加。菜譜如下：壽司加州卷, 湖南魚片, 香酥雞, 陳皮牛, 椒鹽排骨, 生鮮時菜, 炒伊麵, 甜點芝麻球, 絲苗白飯, 當令水果, 汽水飲料 .預購餐席請洽劉銘908-889-4115. 每桌六位72元, 單位零售16元. 披薩餅每小片二元.

The 2011 Chinese New Year Show and Party are to be held on February 5, 2011. We will have Asian Delights Restaurant (Bernardsville, NJ) to provide for our banquet. The menu: Sushi California rolls, Hunan fish fillets, crispy chicken, tangerine beef, salt and pepper pork ribs, saute seasonal vegetables, saute noodles, sweet sesame balls, steamed rice, seasonal fruits, and soda drinks. We welcome everyone's participation. To reserve your seat, please contact Ming Liu at 908-889-4115. $72 for a table (6 seats). $16 for a single seat. $2 for each slice of pizza.

請與呂啟楠聯絡關于新年晚會捐贈捐抽獎禮品之事，請註明禮品名稱及其價值，以便於安排抽獎順序。

If you want to donate some gifts as raffle prizes for the New Year dinner party, please contact Ms. Lydia Shen. Please mark the name and price of your gift so that we can arrange it (for its order) in the drawing.

**新年晚會將舉行卡拉OK比賽
Karaoke Contest in New Year dinner Party 即日起接受報名。十人為限，請向蔡釆吟女士報名，一月底截止。可自備光諜或向蔡釆吟女士登記選曲，每人一首為限，時間不超過5分鐘。無報名費，前三名者發放獎品，詳情請洽蔡釆吟女士。

There will be a Karaoke contest on Chinese New Year dinner party in the evening of 2/5/11. Whoever is interested in attending please contact Ms. Charlene Tsai.

There is a limit of 10 contestants due to ‘time constraint’ and the deadline is on 1/31/11. You may prepare your own DVD/VCD or can go to her to select the songs from her karaoke machine, limit one song per person within 5 minutes of length.
