1. There is no school on March 30. School will resume on April 6.
學校下週六(3/30)春假停課,將於四月六日復課.
2. The annual General Membership meeting will take place on April 6. At this meeting, the school’s financial report will be presented. New board members will also be elected. 3. The most important fund-raising activity for our school is the yearbook sponsorship. The yearbook is published every year, with photos of all the language and culture classes as well as those of the various activities in UCS. We seek for sponsors who are interested to put advertisements in the yearbook. In order to make it a success, we need the help of every member of UCS in seeking for sponsors. They can be your employers, the places where your children go for afterschool activities, or even your doctors, dentists, lawyers, etc. Please find attached the sponsorship form. Bring it to any potential sponsors to support UCS! Thanks.

6. One of our UCS yearbook sponsor, Guobin Travel, has kindly offered us many affordable tours around the world, starting from $49.00 per person. Please see their ads sample in the attachment for details. Johnny Wu is kindly offering to organize a summer tour to Yellowstone National Park (including Mt. Rushmore and North Grand Canyon) for our parents and students, using their package. They require at least 20 people to form such a group tour (about 5 to 7 families) and the price starts from $398.00 per person (head count, age doesn’t matter, price pending on # of days travelled). This price covers flight ticket (most likely to Salt Lake City or Denver), lodging, bus, and meals and they have a special offer for ‘buy 2 get 1 free’.
